Connect to the Sirha Food community, access Food Service news and organise your events simply, quickly and flexibly.

Once you are on the platform's login page, enter the email address you used to register.
The last step is to enter your password.
If you have forgotten it, simply click on Receive a magic link to create a new password.

To access your profile from the mobile application, simply click on the icon at the bottom right of your application.

You have two options for accessing your profile from the web platform:

• On the left-hand side of your screen, next to your photo, click Edit.
• From the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of your screen, click on My profile.

 

From the settings, you will be able to:

From the home page or the top navigation bar you can access the Participants list.
Here you can search for and find people to connect with. You can chat, make video calls and schedule appointments.
To send a connection or appointment request to their profile (via the Participants list or company profile), click on the Send a request button.
You can make an appointment with a participant directly from their profile on their exhibitor page, using the 30-minute slots available.

 

Tip: Add a note to your connection request to introduce yourself and explain the reason for your request.
Note: You have filter options to make your contact search easier.

 

From the home page or the top navigation bar, you can access the list of exhibitors and partners at the event.
You can search and find all the exhibitors registered for the event.

Each exhibitor has a profile from which you can:

The Programme button gives you an overview of the masterclasses, interviews, round tables and other activities taking place throughout the event. You can register for the sessions by clicking on the registration icon.

From the home page or the top navigation bar, you can access the list of products and innovations presented during the event by exhibitors and partners.
The Products & Innovations sheets provide a range of information:

Tip: You can bookmark as many products as you like to show your interest to the exhibitors concerned.
Note: You have filter options to make it easier for you to find products and/or innovations.

From the home page or the top navigation bar, you can access an interactive map of the event.
From this map you can easily find:

• All the event zones (forum, masterclass, interview, etc.) / halls of the event
• Exhibitor stands
• Entrances and exits
• Points of interest (WC, restaurant, etc.)

You can also create a route on the mobile map that takes you from point A to point B, but with no location.

From the event home page, you can retrieve your event badge to access the event.

 

The first tab of My Event allows you to view the events you have added to your favourites from the Programme button. You have two options for the schedule:

• Export to my calendar
• Download PDF

If you select one of the two options above, you can add your personalised timetable to the calendar application you are using.
On the mobile application version, you can export your schedule by clicking on the download button.

This is where you'll find the appointment slots that have been accepted or sent from a participant's profile or company file. You can also manage your availability here.

Here you can find a complete list of all the connections you have made with other event participants.
In this list, you will find all those with the status "is connected" (the connection request has been accepted) and "pending" (the connection request is pending).
If you need to export your contacts, please go to the My contacts tab under your user profile. We recommend that you export your data to a computer and not to your phone for better readability.

This tab allows you to view all the exhibitor stands you have bookmarked by clicking on the "label" icon.
All your bookmarked companies will be listed for you with the PDF download option.
