- Hopefuls (training level 5): 22 & 23 January
- Excellence (training level 4): 24 & 25 January
- 6 schools per category
- 3 candidates per team, with 2 instructors (a baker and a pastry chef)
- 5 hours to prepare a creation: bakery, viennoiserie, and pastry (as well as a caterer test for the excellence category)
- 1 common theme: Cult movies
