A format available on all events in the Sirha Food ecosystem, the Sirha Food Forum during Sirha Europain will offer 4 types of intervention:

“Major interview”: 35 minutes to look back on a remarkable journey
“Breaking the codes”: 45 minutes to shake up the sector and talk without taboo about its structuring subjects
“Honoré le Mag”: discussions in round table format on market analysis, state of the sector and trends
Snack & Street Food stage
New format in 2024, this Stage will highlight bakery catering and the world of street food around 35-minute masterclasses.
Back in 2024, the Boulangerie Stage will deal with various subjects: breaking the taboo on the price of bread, catching up with the plant-based offering, rethinking training... but also market analysis, product, technical and trends.

Sirha Bake Contests stage
Two competitions of excellence in baking are held on the Sirha Bake Contests stage:
- Bakery World Cup – from Sunday January 20 to Monday January 21 – an international competition highlighting baking excellence.
- French Schools Cup – from Tuesday 22 to Wednesday 23 January - a national competition showing the quality of bakery education and the next generation of professionals.
